  1. Where do your products come from?


Our collection is manufactured with great care in Turkey. We work with select partners who guarantee quality and fair production standards.


2. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times are usually:

Austria / Slovenia: approx. 2–4 working days

Other EU countries: approx. 3–6 working days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.



3. Can I return or exchange an item?


Yes, of course 🤍You have 14 days to return or exchange products.

The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Just write to us – we'll get back to you as soon as possible 🤍

4. How do I find the right size?


We recommend checking the size chart under each product.

Are you between sizes? Then choose the larger size or contact us – we'd be happy to advise you personally ✨



5. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?


Please send us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.



6. Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure and modern payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, credit cards & more.


7. Can I change my order afterwards?

We can make changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
