• Austria, Slovenia : Free delivery

• Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Hungary and Romania 

Standard shipping 7.90€

Free shipping is available for orders over 79€.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

3. Delivery Times

• Austria & Slovenia: 2–4 business days

• Germany, Netherlands,Belgium, Croatia, Hungary and Romania : 3–7 business days

Please note: During promotional periods or high order volume, delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Providers

We ship depending on the destination country with:

• Austrian Post

• DHL / DPD

• GLS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

5. Returns / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we may:

• resend the order (shipping costs must be covered by the customer)

or

• refund the amount minus the shipping costs.
