1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop Me Two Fashion by Catalina-Iulia Gidiuta . By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in their currently valid version.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" / "Buy" button, the customer places a binding order.
The order confirmation will be sent automatically via email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG, no VAT is shown .
The following payment methods are available (depending on the shop settings):

PayPal
– Klarna/ Sofort
– Apple Pay / Google Pay
– Other options displayed at checkout
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately 2–7 working days (depending on the destination country).
No liability is accepted for delivery delays caused by the transport service provider.
6. Right of withdrawal (cancellation)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Details regarding the right of withdrawal and the return process can be found in the separate cancellation policy .
Return shipping costs :
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
7. Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Worn or damaged items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Me Two Fashion by Catalina-Iulia Gidiuta until full payment is received.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of Austria apply (2 years).
Obvious defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
10. Liability
No liability is accepted for slight negligence, except in the following cases:
– Injury to life, body or health
– Breach of essential contractual obligations
11. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy .
12. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Leibnitz, Austria.
